Erin Corine Johnson (b. Chicago, Illinois, United States) is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Award-Winning creative community organizer and member of Forbes BLK based in Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain since 2012. She specializes in professional development and creative mentorship for impact leaders through a lens of Identity, Belonging, and Cross-Cultural Competency in a change work career spanning over a decade.

She is the founder of Hola Magnolia Identityworks, a collection of creative impact brands supporting everyday learners, rising change makers and equity-centered organizations through DEIJ+ and Antiracism education, identity-led leadership training, and community-led restorative economic justice.
